Shipping Policy 
At this time we offer shipping worldwide.
**Please allow more time than usual to receive your order due to COVID-19
Shipping currently takes a minimum of 15 to 20 business days to be delivered. In some cases, items can take up to 4-8 weeks to be delivered due to unforeseen circumstance including, but not limited to, COVID-19 delays. 

We are currently experiencing delays in shipment and production times due to personnel restrictions in our LA showroom. Please bare with us as we are doing our maximum to ensure you receive your product as quickly as possible. 

Production and Order Processing Time 
If you need your item before a certain date, we highly suggest you get in touch with our team before placing an order and we can arrange for you to pay for expedited shipping.
Orders can take 1-3 business days to process before production begins. Orders are not processed on the weekends or on holidays. 
Customs and Import Duties & Taxes
PATCHWERK cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package.  Please note, any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
If you refuse to accept shipping of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items to PATCHWERK. In the event this happens, PATCHWERK may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you, the cost PATCHWERK incurred to ship your parcel as well as, a $15 restocking fee. We will look to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you.

Items are shipped via different couriers (USPS, UPS and DHL) depending on the destination country. The buyer is responsible to provide an address that these carriers recognize as a deliverable address. Unfortunately, we have no control over a shipment once it departs our LA showroom. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. Should the parcel be returned due to an error made by the customer they will need to pay for reshipment. 

We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages. However, since we work with very reliable shipping carriers, delays are extremely rare. If an exchange is desired, all shipping costs incurred are to be paid by the buyer.
